The Health and Science Advisory Board (HSAB.org) is an inter-disciplinary team comprised of more than 40 leading academics, educators, theologians, therapists and medical professionals worldwide. The HSAB's mission is to provide practitioners, educators and consumers with information and resources related to sexuality, health and human relationships.
The HSAB has pioneered a variety of educational programs. In addition to traditional educational models, the HSAB has embraced edutainment as a form of educational outreach on issues of sexual health and sexual literacy. (Edutainment is designed to educate as well as amuse, by engaging its audience in familiar and appealing forms of interactive entertainment.) Through virtual lectures, videos, DVDs, online webcam chats, books, conferences, art exhibitions, and Internet media, the HSAB has taken a unique and expansive multimedia approach to providing resources to global audiences.
